Refunds & Returns
We get it—sometimes things just don’t work out. If you’re not totally in love with your order, you’ve got 30 days from when it arrives to request a return.

To be eligible, your item needs to be in the same condition you received it—unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

How to return something:
Just shoot us an email at info@wytchbytch.com.au and we’ll guide you through the next steps. Please don’t send anything back without getting in touch first, as we won't be able to accept it that way.

As a small business, we are currently not able to refund original shipping costs or cover return postage—thanks for understanding.

Arrived with a problem?
If your item shows up damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, let us know right away so we can make it right.


Sale items & gift cards
These are final sale and cannot be returned.


Exchanges
Need a different item? The quickest way is to return your original purchase, then place a new order once your return is accepted.


Refunds
Once your return lands back with us, we’ll inspect it and send you an update. If it’s approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Keep in mind that banks and credit card companies can take a few days to sort things on their end.
